The old Burnet Road location.
Established in 1988
Knife Sharpest was started by a father and son in 1988 with a passion for sharp blades. They first worked together providing their sharpening services to the great city of Austin out of a mobile trailer, and later settled at the location at 4703 Burnet Road in 1991. In February of 2014 a new business, "Austin's Knife Sharpest" was started at the Burnet Road location by Cliff Hill. We still use the same sharpening techniques that have delivered razor sharp edges for all these years. Unfortunately the property at 4703 Burnet Road has been sold to developers and after a few years of several temporary locations, we are now continuing to sharpen for Austin from our residence at 3101 Paisano Trail. We look forward to seeing you at our new location.
